Answer: Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the training date. Thereafter, if the registrant cannot attend, s/he may allow another interested party to assume the registration and must email info@saintcyrconsulting.com to confirm the assignment and provide the assignee's email.
Answer: Yes. If the sessions are live, registrants will receive zoom links a week prior to the training and each day prior to the sessions.
Participants will also receive worksheets, PowerPoint slides, and any other resources for continued application. Group or individual coaching sessions will be announced during the training sessions.
Participants who pay for the program and complete it will receive a certification of completion.
HR professionals will receive PDCs after completing the course. The activity code and additional details will be available during the training sessions.

An award-winning leader and former HR exec, Jessie has driven and supported major HR turnarounds for over ten years.
She’s worked with state officials, higher education leaders, and executives at every level—local to global—to tackle challenges and boost impact, earning the nickname “people whisperer” for her deep understanding of human behavior and leadership success. From 9/11 to the Covid-19 pandemic and times of social unrest, she’s guided organizations through crises with proven strategies that equip leaders, empower talent, and help organizations thrive.
