Answer: Yes, registrants will receive zoom links a week prior to the training and each day prior to the sessions.
Participants will also receive worksheets, PowerPoint slides, and any other resources for continued application. Group or individual coaching sessions will be announced during the training sessions.
Participants who pay for the program and complete it will receive a certification of completion.
HR professionals will receive PDCs after completing the course. The activity code and additional details will be available during the training sessions.
Participants who complete the course will get the option of a coach and other informational experts.
Answer: Jessie Saintcyr is the Principal Owner of Saintcyr Consulting. She is an employment attorney, HR expert, certified and experienced DEI professional with 20 years of organizational experience.
She has advised state officials, college and university executives, business leaders, and professionals at all levels to address personal, professional, and organizational roadblocks to greater positive impact and success. Some leaders refer to her as the "people whisperer" for her insight in human behavior and leadership effectiveness.
Jessie has experience leading and advising through crises and challenges, including 9/11, statewide hiring scandals, the Boston Marathon Bombing, Snowmageddon, the collapse of Massachusetts transportation, the Covid-19 pandemic, and social unrest.
